ABC news reports that scientists in 2009 have identified that Antarctic warming is accelerating and this is having an impact on land based ice, which has the capacity to increase sea levels drastically.

The Thames is a film released by ThinkinGeography which looks at the river a force of nature running throughout the South East, through some of the most significant places in the country. The film asks for people to consider the river as a flooding entity which is what rivers do.
